At the end of a warm summer wealth for many, but also a summer of uncertainty for countless others, we are pleased to share some news from the network with you.
News from the European network “Grateful Living”
New media ,, Mindful and Grateful Living ”
Over a period of more than 2.5 years, these new projects have been developed by the authors voluntarily and without project budget. All rights of use were handed over for free to the Association and the Center for Traditional European Monastic Medicine at Gut Aich, St. Gilgen.

Excerpts from the documentary with Br. David Steindl-Rast and people that encourage “living mindfully and gratefully” as well as a short concert. That evening, Br. David and dialogue partners from the film will be present.

News from the global network
Establishment of a Dutch branch of Gratefulness Networks
For the creation of a Dutch group there this summer first steps have been taken: translation of an essay by Br David (“Awake, Aware and Alert”), the dispatch of a newsletter and a first meeting in Groenlo, scheduled for October 2015. Br David’s book “Deeper Than Words” will also appear in a Dutch publisher.

New features on the English website www.gratefulness.org were added this summer. Check out: a World map with the Daily Question, a Gratitude Diary, many creative exercises to Stop-Look-Go, the eCard collection, and the International Network Partners. In June the annual Board Retreat of “A Network for Grateful Living” was held held in San Francisco, where the International Partners participated.
